At Opalin, your satisfaction is our priority.

Due to customs regulations, we are unable to process international returns or exchanges. Returns or size exchanges are only possible in person in Turkey.

Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must be:

  • New, unworn, and clean
  • All tags attached
  • Hygienic protective shields on swimsuit bottoms intact

Defective Merchandise
If your item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt by sending a clear photo to info@opalin.uk. Defective items will be replaced if in stock, with no additional shipping charges.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Photos help us verify the issue and determine the source of any defect.
